Rep. Thomas Kutz is a lifelong Cumberland County resident first elected to serve the 87th State House District in 2022. During the 2025-26 session, Kutz will serve on the House Appropriations; Consumer Protection, Technology and Utilities; Finance; Insurance; Rules; and Intergovernmental Affairs and Operations committees. Thomas also serves as co-chair of the Bipartisan Future Caucus.

Thomas holds degrees from Grove City College and Widener University Commonwealth Law School. A licensed attorney practicing real estate law, business law and civil litigation, Thomas has served in various legislative decision-making positions, including as a staff member for the U.S. House Ways and Means Committee and a policy director in the Pennsylvania Senate. Thomas continues to be active in his community and was named to City and State PA Forty under 40 in 2023.

Thomas and his wife Allie live in Mechanicsburg with their goldendoodles Camden and Poppy.
