Watch Swearing-In Ceremony on Livestream
The Pennsylvania House of Representatives will formally begin the 2023-24 Legislative Session on Tuesday, Jan. 3, with members taking the oath of office at noon. Live streaming of the entire ceremony will be available at RepKutz.com. Following the ceremony, we will elect a speaker of the House.
I am excited to start advocating for legislation that will benefit the 87th District and the Commonwealth as a whole. While the coming session will present its challenges, I am ready for the work that lies ahead.

Rep. Kutz Visits Mt. Holly Springs
I recently spent the day in Mt. Holly, meeting with borough staff and a couple of business owners to discuss grant opportunities, public safety issues, and ways to help small businesses. I also had the opportunity to discuss several pieces of legislation that would benefit boroughs and communities like Mt. Holly whose police departments do not have 24-hour coverage.
